How much is shipping?  

Shipping is $5.95 for the first item in your cart and $2.95 for each additional item added.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery time is 12-21 business days for orders from the U.S. Please allow a few extra days during holidays due to an increase in order processing.

For all other countries, delivery times are 15 to 45 business days, depending on your location. We are not responsible for duty & taxes incurred in the destination country. 

Do you ship to a P.O. Box?

We are sorry, but we do not ship orders to a P.O. Box. You will need to provide a physical address for package delivery.

Where can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. Please allow a few business days of processing before your order is shipped. Your tracking number location may be the same for a few days. Please be patient because it will show the tracking soon. 

My package has been marked as delivered but I haven't received it. Can you please reship?

Unfortunately, that is not something we can assist with. If a package has been marked as delivered by the postal carrier, we are not able to issue a replacement unless the shipment is returned to us. We suggest getting in touch with the postal service directly.
