What forms of payment do you accept?
You can make a purchase at our store with a credit card, debit card, paypal, or amazon pay. All payments are made through a secured network.
How do I checkout?
Once you have added your item to your cart, simply click “checkout” to pay with a credit card, and you will be taken to the checkout page. Fill in your email and your shipping information then click “continue to shipping” and you will be taken to the next page where you then click “continue to payment”. You will then fill out your payment information and click “pay now”. If you choose to pay with PayPal, Apple Pay or Amazon Pay, you will click the corresponding button and will be sent to the “pay now” page. Your order will then be sent to us for processing and you will receive an order confirmation email.
How does shipping work?
Our diamond paintings are made to order. Please allow 4-5 business days to process your order. it can take 12-20 business days for your package to arrive. International orders outside the US can take 15-30 days. Please allow a few extra days during holidays due to an increase in order processing. In rare cases beyond or control it can sometimes take longer to receive your package. We will send you an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
International customers, please understand that Diamond Painting Hut is not responsible for any custom fees or delays for international orders, please be patient as it does take longer for international shipping.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $5.95 for the first item ordered and then $1.95 for each additional item in your cart. Please understand the shipping and handling fee includes the actual cost to ship, shipping materials, and any other costs included in the shipping of your item.
Some overseas orders may require extra shipping costs. Please contact us if you think you are in a country that may have higher shipping costs or we will inform you if your shipping cost are higher when processing your order. We apologize for any inconvenience in shipping costs when sending to certain countries.
What are your standard shipping times?
USA: 12-20 business days
UK: 15-30 business days
Canada: 20-45 business days
Rest of World: 20-45 business days
Why does the tracking show my package in the same location for a few days?
This is very normal! You will receive your tracking number when your package(s) is in pre-shipment. Please be patient because it will show the location of your package(s), but it can take a few days. You can then track it by entering your tracking number into the tracking site.
Why did I receive separate tracking numbers for multiple items purchased?
Depending on the item(s) purchased, they could possibly be shipped in separate packages. If that’s the case, each package will be assigned different tracking numbers.
What shipping provider do you use?
If you are located in the United States, you will receive your package(s) through your local USPS. All other countries will receive their orders shipped through their local shipping sites. All shipping methods can be tracked through the appropriate tracking site.
Why haven’t I received an order confirmation email?
If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you find that you did not receive a confirmation email please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know so we can make sure your order is being processed and we can re-send the confirmation. It may have been caused by a mistyped email address.
Where do I send my photo for my Custom Diamond Painting?
You can include your image on the order page for our custom diamond paintings. You can also send your photo to us in an email to email@example.com with your order # in the subject line and we will start processing your order.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of making your purchase. Please send us an email within 6 hours of your order to firstname.lastname@example.org with order # and “cancel” in the subject line.
What if I need to return an item I purchased?
No problem! Just contact us by email within 30 days of purchase at email@example.com to let us know the reason for your return and we will let you know how to return your item. We do ask that you have everything together as you received it and in its original packaging. You will receive a full refund as soon as we receive the returned item. Refunds via Paypal take up to 24-48 hours to return to your account. Credit card refunds may take 5-10 days to show on your statement depending on the credit card provider. The customer is responsible for any shipping fees when returning an item.
What if my item is damaged during shipping?
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know. We will ask for a photo of the damaged item before sending a replacement.
