What is your return policy? Full money back guarantee within 30 days of receiving your package. Must be returned in condition received. We stand behind our goods and services and want our customers to be nothing short of satisfied. We make it a priority to take care of our customers and exceed their expectations. Returns are applied to the same payment method of the purchase.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders can be canceled as long as they have not been processed or shipped. If your order has already been processed, we will not be able to cancel it for you. You will need to return it for a refund.
Who pays the shipping return fees?
You must send back the unwanted product(s) at your own expense. We recommend shipping your piece(s) back via Fedex/UPS.
How do I initiate a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be issued back to your card the day we receive your return.
What if the item has been used?
All returned items must be in perfect resalable condition. If the returned item is deemed to not be in a resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Eg: writing on the packaging, opened diamonds bags, pasted diamonds etc
